Plant in part to full sun position where plant won’t dry out. Large tubs are ideal. Will help suppress weeds.
Use
Extensive pharmacological studies have shown that Brahmi is a brain tonic that improves memory recall and learning ability. The active ingredient is now available through health food shops but always best used fresh from your own garden. Best results from 3, 10cm sprigs twice a day. Use in salads or sandwiches. Also take as a tea – combine with traditional Chinese green tea by adding 6 sprigs per cup and brewing for 6-8 minutes.
